Before Work Begins

If work has already started, the following charges may apply: cost of materials already purchased or ordered from suppliers; labor costs for work already performed at standard hourly rates; administrative and project management costs incurred; any third-party fees or deposits already committed on behalf of the client.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, email contacto@primevertex.pro with: full legal name, invoice or contract number, date of service or purchase, detailed reason for the request, and supporting documentation (photographs, receipts, communications). We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.

Refund requests are evaluated within 5 to 15 business days from the date a complete request is received. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 additional business days, depending on your financial institution.

Materials purchased through our online store may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original packaging, undamaged, and not custom-ordered. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

1. Workmanship Warranty

Prime Vertex Inc provides a limited workmanship warranty on all completed construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. The warranty period and specific terms are defined in each individual project contract and begin on the date of final project handover, confirmed by the client's written or verbal acceptance.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship directly attributable to the work performed by Prime Vertex Inc, including but not limited to: structural issues caused by improper installation, finishing defects resulting from our crew's execution, and functional failures caused by incorrect assembly or application.

2. What Is Not Covered

The following are expressly excluded from this warranty:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by the client or third parties after project completion
• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Issues caused by modifications made by others after handover
• Acts of God, weather events, or natural disasters (flooding, hurricanes, etc.)
• Defects in client-supplied materials or products not sourced through Prime Vertex Inc
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the signed project scope

3. Material Warranties

Materials purchased through Prime Vertex Inc are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product. We will assist clients in filing manufacturer warranty claims when applicable. Manufacturer warranties are independent of this workmanship warranty and governed by each manufacturer's own terms.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period specified in your contract:

Materials purchased through our online store are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Items that arrive damaged or defective must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 6. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective workmanship and does not cover consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Our total warranty liability shall not exceed the value of the original contract for the affected portion of work.

1. Cancellation of Service Agreements

Before Work Begins

A service agreement may be cancelled at no charge provided: (a) work has not yet commenced at the project site, and (b) no materials have been purchased or ordered specifically for the client's project. Written cancellation notice must be sent to contacto@primevertex.pro including the client's full name, project address, and contract or estimate number.

After Work Has Begun

Once work has commenced, cancellation will result in charges for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, including:

• Cost of materials already purchased, ordered, or delivered
• Labor performed at standard hourly rates for time on site
• Administrative, permit, and project management costs incurred
• Third-party fees or deposits committed on the client's behalf

The remaining balance of the contract, minus charges for work completed, will be refunded according to our Refund Policy timeline.

2. Cancellation of Material Orders

Standard In-Stock Items

Orders for standard in-stock materials may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery. After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in our Refund Policy.

Special or Custom Orders

Custom-ordered or special-order materials cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the supplier, as these items are procured specifically for the client and are non-returnable. No refund will be issued for cancelled special orders once submitted to the supplier.

3. Project Deposits and Advances

Many projects require a deposit of 30% to 50% of the total project value, paid before work begins, to reserve materials and schedule personnel. This deposit is used to procure materials and secure subcontractor scheduling. In the event of a client-initiated cancellation after a deposit has been applied:

• If no materials have been ordered and no labor has been scheduled, the full deposit will be refunded.
• If materials have been ordered or labor has been scheduled, the deposit will be applied to cover those costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
• If materials and labor costs exceed the deposit, the client will be invoiced for the difference.
